How much does a SandboxPlus membership cost?
Sandbox Plus membership costs $4.99 per month and $49.99 annual. This membership fee will give you one team in each and every SandboxPlus game.
What games will be offered and in what sports?
We offer full fantasy games in all 4 major sports. In addition, we
provide salary cap games in golf and racing, baseball and football, plus pick'em and tournament games for college football and basketball and special contests during the Playoff seasons and for special events like
championship games. We also offer 4 fantasy basketball games, including our beefed-up Full Court Press. And now, thanks to our exclusive partnership with the Arena Football League, SandboxPlus is the only place on the web where you
three AFL Fantasy Football Games.
You are entitled to play ALL of our games that are ongoing during the course of your membership - no matter what time of year, there will always be something going on at SandboxPlus.

How
has customer service be improved?
In the last year, we have spent more time and money to improve our customer service than any other fantasy company. We have employed a Artificial Intellegence engine that will allow your questions to be answered immediately if someone else has asked a similar question. It also has the ability for you to search for your answers before having to ask someone in our offices. We still have regular e-mail and phone service at our NY offices at 914-232-1239. It is still fastest to get service through the AI engine by logging in to your game and using the "Game Customer Service" for quickest results.

Will you be awarding cash prizes?

Will I be able to have multiple fantasy teams on our account?
Yes, you will be able to have multiple teams on your account. Everyone will be given 1 team within each game; additional teams will be available within each game for about
an extra $19 per season. You will be able to manage all of your teams, in all different sports, from the My Teams page - a convenient feature we've added that allows you to track all of your squads in one place without having to constantly log in and out of different games.
Will SandboxPlus have a procedure for the redistribution of “Dead Teams” within leagues?
A dead team is defined as a team that has not been accessed within 30 days during the season. We send out a warning to those people and then mark their teams as "Dead". We then open those team to competitive owners who want to play hard and make the action fun. Additionally, we bill in advance of all Full Fantasy Seasons to prevent any billing problems causing a team to go unattended.
What do I do if I am part of a keeper league and half my league does not want to play? I don’t want to be in a league that is half dead - what are my options?
The game allows you to import only the teams in your Keeper League that you
want to keep around. If you have some league members who bagged it early last
season, you do not have to keep them in your league going forward. Obviously,
you will need to find someone else to take the place of anyone you choose to
boot in order to fill out your league. Will forums be part of the pay site?
Yes, there will be forums, but they will only be accessible to SandboxPlus members.
What payment options are available?
We will be accepting payment via Visa and MasterCard directly through our secure
servers. In addition, we will be able to accept payment by check, but only for year-long memberships. If you choose to pay this way, you will need to send us a check in the amount of $49.99 made out to SandboxPlus, along with all the information that is required on our registration page (i.e.; name, email, requested SandboxPlus username, etc.).
